DETROIT/SEOUL, Oct 4 (Reuters) - popular electric carmaker Tesla Motors Inc can call South Korean battery manufacturer Samsung SDI co. UAW sees its future in the row in talks

UAW President Bob King has to carry a notorious dislike for ties.
