GM is to run Delphi Powertrain business exec

DETROIT - General Motors has way senior veterans from its former parts arm of GM global engine and transmission operations run set.

The auto giant on Sept. 1 will join Steve Kiefer, who runs Delphi Corp. powertrain system. In addition to GM Powertrain business, leads, he will be also engine development. Jim Lanzon will remain as Vice President of global transmission.
