Chrysler Group average 2010 bonus for an employee is reportedly $10,000- or more than 13 times $750 each hourly workers.
Gary Walkowicz, a UAW collective bargaining Committee which said representative of the employees in the Ford Rouge plant in Dearborn, Michigan, the oversized salaried bonuses show automakers the money and the apparent willingness to select workers a greater share of the success of the company to cut.
He said he and many of its employees want to receive the workers a real boost as part of a new labor contract in September, not only a bonus as those negotiated this year.

King wants back claw, some of those sacrifices when it comes to negotiate new agreements with Detroit automakers this year. The current four year contracts expire in September.
These new employee bonuses make this master talks just that much more interesting.
